Returns and refunds

Cancellations/refunds on preorders are not permitted as the funds go immediately into production of the product. Please only preorder if you are committed to waiting for the items and understand that delays may occur.

Returns and/or refunds for completed orders are not accepted unless there is a serious pre-existing issue with the product. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
